# 治理

Clipper 由 DAO（分布式自治组织）管理。 目前，DAO 的结构是一个多重签名钱包。 随着时间的推移，DAO 有望分散，控制权转移到 Clipper 用户社区。

当前的多重签名者包括：

* Shipyard Software, Inc，开发 Clipper 代码的公司。 
* Polychain 资本
